Assigned visits and reports
Technicians work from the visits assigned to them. The app shows the customer, asset, location, planned work and service report that belongs to the visit.
Mobile app
Technicians see assigned visits, open the right service report, register actual time, document replaced parts, add photos and close the job with the information finance, planners and asset owners need afterwards.

Actual time registration
When the service workflow requires actual time, the technician must register start and stop before closing the report. That gives the business a better cost and invoice foundation than planned time alone.
Custom report layouts
Service report fields can be different per organization and group, so cooling equipment, doors, production machines and other assets ask for the right information.

Parts used in the field are linked to the service report and the asset history. Sepolo can use that data for invoicing, replacement planning and spare part forecasting.
The app captures field evidence while the technician is still on site, so the service history is easier to trust when someone reads it months later.
The mobile app does not try to be finance. It creates clean service data that Sepolo can turn into invoice lines for e-conomic, Business Central or Uniconta.
Service execution
The mobile app follows the same rules configured in Sepolo: mandatory fields, actual time, rounding logic, replaced parts and report completion.
01
The technician opens the assigned service visit with customer, asset and location context.
02
The report layout follows the asset group, so the technician answers the questions that fit that type of equipment.
03
Actual time, spare parts, notes, photos and signatures are captured before the report can be closed when the workflow requires it.
04
Completed data updates asset history, visit cost, billable items, ERP invoice drafts and future preventive replacement planning.
Connected monitoring
PointGuard and RailGuard now have their own IoT device pages for connected asset and rail infrastructure monitoring.
